OUR CHARTER RATES

The charter price is negotiable depending on the event, the number of passengers and the area to be sailed. Please contact us for a competitive quotation (inclusive of a fully qualified Skipper, deck hand and GST). Special offers may be available from time to time for privately organised functions for that "special occasion", such as weddings, birthdays and anniversaries. The minimum charter is for 4 hours.
A deposit on the charter price is payable at the time of booking.
Catering, linen (together with bedding for overnight charters) are not included in the charter price but can be arranged.
The period of the charter may be extended during the charter if the Yacht is not otherwise booked and the Skipper agrees to extend it. Any extension, beyond the first 30 minutes, will be charged and payable at the hourly equivalent of the charter price for each additional hour or part of an hour.
Please note that some shoes are not permitted onboard for safety reasons and to avoid damage to the teak decking (e.g. stilettos, and black-soled shoes). To avoid incurring a fee for cleaning or deck repairs (which may be charged) please ensure that all on board wear sailing shoes or shoes with non-marking soles and heels.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations prior to 14 days before the date of commencement of the charter do not attract a cancellation charge and a full refund will be given. Cancellation after 14 and before 2 days of the charter will attract a cancellation charge of 50% of the charter price. In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the time the charter is due to commence the cancellation charge will be 80% of the charter price.

WEATHER POSTPONMENT
Any cancellation or postponement due to weather, will not be decided until the day of the charter, and is at the discretion of the operator.

In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions the charter fee will be returned in full or another date may be booked for the charter - at the option of the hirer.

CATERING
Catering is not included in the charter fee but can be arranged and a quotation provided for you.

Many hirers prefer to arrange their own catering. If catering is required then the numbers to be catered for and the precise details of the catering required are due a week prior to the charter and the cost of the catering is payable prior to the charter commencing.

NUMBER OF PASSENGERS
The Yacht is licensed and insured to carry 22 passengers for sailing in Sydney Harbour but lesser numbers for a charter outside the Harbour or involving coastal sailing. For further information please contact us.
